Its wooden column is carefully hand‑turned on a lathe by skilled artisans exclusively for Newport Lamp & Shade, creating a subtle rhythm along the stem and a gentle sense of movement from base to finial. A vegetable‑based lacquer gives the lamp its signature soft sheen and polished, light‑catching surface.
